Eminem's 'Recovery' Goes Platinum In Just 2 Weeks!

Eminem's latest album 'Recovery' has been doing massively well. Eminem has a lot to be pleased about because in just "2 WEEKS" he has already achieved "Platinum Certification". That is a massive feat in the market nowadays.
He achieved sales in the region of 740,000 for just the first week. And in the second week achieved sales in the 310,000 mark. This makes for a platinum certification as he has sold over a million copies.
You cannot deny that Eminem has done tremendously well. However, I just am not feeling this album for some reason. This is not to say that everyone else is feeling the same as me, as many people went out to buy it. But I still think he deserves it.

Xtina & Eminem to Guest Star on Entourage

While they won't be in the same scene, the two superstars are going to be among a roster of big names appearing in this season's finale, including Minka Kelly, John Cleese, Drew Brees, Ryan Howard, Jordan Farmer and Kevin Love.

All stars will appear as themselves, with Xtina performing during a party and Shady getting into a small conflict with Vince at Em's platinum record party. Should be a good episode!

Katy Perry Gets UK #1 Single/Eminem Gets UK #1 Album

There is a lot to celebrate with the UK charts this week as Katy perry has stormed to the top of the charts with her new single 'Californai Gurls' featuring Snoop Dogg.
And on the album charts Eminem has achieved the UK #1 album after being released this week. He also fared well on the single charts also placing two tracks in the top 10 singles. Check both charts out for yourself:

Eminem's 2nd Single Off Recovery Is...

According to sources, Eminem's second single from his upcoming album 'Recovery' is the track 'Love The Way You Lie' featuring Rihanna. I have not properly heard the album, so I can't really give my opinion on whether I think it is the right choice.

Listen: Eminem's New Single 'Not Afraid'

The best white male rapper alive, Eminem, is finally back with his new track 'Not Afraid' taken from his seventh studio album 'Recovery'. 'Recovery' is expected to be released in June which isn't too far away. But how does his first single fare?

Well, Eminem is definitely back and this track is as great as the rest of his material. It has got me listening to a backlog of his old albums, and I am seriously hyped for this new album. It might take a few times to listen to it for it to make an impact but it will definitely do well for him I think. Listen below and let me know your thoughts:

Eminem To Release 'Recovery' Album Rather Than Relapse 2

This week saw news that Eminem was not going to release Relapse 2 the follow up to his last album, Relapse. Nearly an hour after that news arose, the news of a new album title plus a release date were given.

Eminem's new album will be called 'Recovery' and is now set for a release date of June 22nd.

I am glad that we have some news about the project and we now have a release date aswell as a new album title.

I think Eminem is one of the only rappers I actually enjoy, so I cannot wait to see what material he produces this time around.
