Sabrina Washington Solo Album News!

Former lead singer of Mis-Teeq, Sabrina Washington is currently pursuing a solo career. She recently previewed her first single 'OMG'. Details of her solo album have now arisen...



Digitalspy caught up with her to ask her some questions and on the name of her album title, this is what she said:

"I'm calling it 'Dirty Pop' at the moment because that's the only way I can describe the sound. It reflects who I am now. I'm talking about issues that have affected me or affected people around me."

About her lyrics she said:

"The lyrics are quite in your face and tongue in cheek. It's all about having fun in the world as is right now. Music for me is a way of escapism and that's what I want to do on the album - let everyone go out and have a good time".

She also revealed some song details:

"There is a song called 'Strip' which is one of my favourites. It is a bout a girl telling a guy to strip - rather than the other way around. There's another one called 'I Want It' about wanting the keys to the world and wanting it all at the same time. I have also done a new track called 'Don't Put Words In My Mouth', which is a song about how the media always try to make you say things that you don't mean.

'OMG' will be released on March 22nd, followed by her album later this year.

Monica 'Still Standing' Tracklisting!!

Hey everyone, I have come across what people claim to be Monica's official tracklisting for her upcoming album"Still Standing". The tracklisting is 10 songs on most places, but I have found one which lists a little differently, so here it is:

The tracklisting was a little disappointing at first view, but apparently 'If You Were My Man' is supposed to be 'Betcha' so I am much happier. I am sad they left off 'Taxi', but that was leaked as HQ so its not like it would be much different.

If this tracklisting is fake or parts are wrong then I will update this post and let you know. But now the tracklisting is here, I can't wait for the album!

New Music: LeToya - Praise

A new LeToya song has leaked called 'Praise'. The song is featured in the film 'Preacher's Kid' which is out in cinema in USA now. The film also stars LeToya Luckett aswell. The song is really nice and LeToya's voice is so powerful in this song. I really like LeToya at the moment and Lady Love was a really good album. Take a listen to the song below:

We Are The World 25 For Haiti

Here is another tribute for Haiti. This was recorded by a massive bunch of artists including J-Hud, Celine Dion, Wyclef Jean, Will.I.Am, Fergie, and Nicole Scherzinger. There are a lot more artists but I will not include them here.
This cover is sooooo much better than Simon Cowell's one which seemed shoved together. This is a typical track, but I think it is really nice. Justin Bieber ruins the opening, but J-Hud is just too amazing to resist. Check out the official video below and go buy the song/video on iTunes to support a good cause!

Leona Lewis 'I Got You' Official Music Video

Here is Leona Lewis' official video for her second single 'I Got You' from her sophomore album 'Echo'. The track will be released on March 22nd. I am not a massive fan of Leona's music, but I like some of it. I had not heard this song before, but I decided to check it out, and I can say that this song is really good. It is much better than her first single 'Happy'. So check out the video, its decent enough, and Leona looks fantastic.

Hell Yeah...New 'Toy Story 3' Trailer!!

Call me a sucker for animated films, but I grew up watching these films. So its only rightful that I post about the new Toy Story 3 trailer. This is a good un, and if you weren't sure about the movie before now, then expect to be blown away. It looks freaking fantastic. Firstly, here is the synopsis for the film, which I will then follow the trailer with. Be sure to comment your thoughts and let me know what you think!

Andy is heading off to college, and his toys, including Woody and Buzz are worried about their uncertain future. After some twists and turns, the toys are accidently donated to Sunnyside Daycare Center. There, they befriend such toys such as Lots-o'-Huggin' Bear, a porcupine doll named Mr. Pricklepants, and a smooth-talking Ken doll. The toys are keen on starting a new life at the daycare. It isn't long before they discover that Andy is actively searching for them, so they decide to escape - but to make things complicated, the toys soon discover that some of their new friends aren't as friendly as they thought. To make matters further complicated, Buzz is damaged during an escape attempt. The toys reset Buzz, which makes him revert to a delusional Spanish version of his old self, much to the other toys' discomfort and Jessie's amazement.

'Toy Story 3' is set for a June 2010 release.

Doctor Who News!

As many of you all know, Doctor Who will be returning to our screen sometime in the Spring. This is usually April, but don't hold me to that. As, the series is fast approaching, I have some news that I would like to share with you all.

For those, that may ask why I am posting this on my blog. It is because this is an entertainment blog that gives you news about TV programmes as well as music. So onto the news...

Firstly, I would like to say that this series of Doctor Who is being produced and promoted as 'Series One'. This is probably due to the fact that Steven Moffatt has taken over as executive and head writer.

More news I have includes the titles to the first three episodes of the 13 part series.

Episode 3: Victory Of The Daleks

So as you may notice, the Daleks are back (again). Returning as well as the Daleks will be The Silurians (from old old series), and the Weeping Angels.

This series will also see the Doctor punching someone, and firing a handgun. The sonic screwdriver will also explode and some new vampiric creatures.

The TARDIS will also see a redesign as well as the title sequence. Check out this video below, which claims to be the new TARDIS interior:

Beyoncé: B'Day Era

I continue my look at the different eras of Beyoncé as she is 24/7's Artist Of The Month. I have talked about the first two music eras of her life, and I am now onto the 'B'day' era. The album was released in 2006 and was re-released as a deluxe edition in 2007.
The album debuted at #1 on the Billboard 200 and #3 on the UK album charts.
There was 8 singles released from the album. The biggest singles were 'Deja Vu', 'Irreplaceable' and 'Beautiful Liar'.
I will not go into this era too much, so I will finish off by posting a few videos from this era.
