Confirmation Of Sugababes Being Dropped!

The other day a rumour was going around that the Sugababes have been dropped from US label Roc Nation. Well, an official message regarding the situation was posted on the girls' official website, so peak below:

“We just wanted to let our fans know that we had a great time working with Roc Nation to record the album Sweet 7 and massive thanks to those of you who have already bought it.

However, contrary to some tabloid mis-reporting, we have never been “signed” to Roc Nation for a scheduled album release in America.

We continue to be signed to Universal Island and are looking forward to some big performance plans across the Summer and also bringing you some new music very soon.”

So, they said they were never signed for a scheduled album release, but then I guess their bound to say that to cover themselves. But what makes it even worse is the fact that they wrote about bringing new music soon, so early after the release of 'Sweet 7'.
I ain't gonna act like 'Sweet 7' didn't flop -because it did, but are they that desperate to release new music? It's not gonna make one hell of a difference!

Rihanna To Release Photographs As 3rd UK Single

So Rihanna's next single will be 'Photographs' featuring Will.I.Am. Oh Rihanna, what have you done?! Seriously, how could you make this song 3rd single. Just because it features Will.I.Am. I think it is just as boring as '3 Words' and I cannot see it being much of a hit. There are sooo many better songs on the album, e.g. Firebomb. Check out the cover for the single below:

Don't know how late I am in posting this but RedOne confirmed on his Twitter that he is working with Nicole Scherzinger for her solo album. Heres the confirmation:

So there you have it...and also, someone asked about his song with Nicole and he replied "Soon", so we just have to wait and see what happens!

Janet Jackson Denies Plans For New Album

So for that rumour that has been going around, Janet Jackson has denied it by saying she isn't working on a new album. Here is what she said on the matter:

"There was a time where I was actually in the studio and I was recording, but I'm not working on an album. There have been a lot of record labels that have asked me to sit down and talk with them, but I don't know if I want to do something completely independent, or go with a major."
