Monica 'Everything To Me' Video Premiere!

After a bit of waiting and not getting a proper release date, the new Monica video for her single 'Everything To Me' has been uploaded online. It is on her VEVO, however, a lot of people could not access it, so I decided to wait a little longer till someone uploaded it. I got more than I bargained for as I came across the original rough cut of the video aswell. Check out the original rough cut first:

'Original Rough Cut'

It is really good, but the storyline does not flow that good. I must say that Monica looks absolutely amazing. Now here is the official video:

'Official Video'

The official video is much better and the storyline flows much better. I really like the video and can't believe how amazing Monica looks in it.

Mary J. Blige Performs In Italy & Welcomes Them In French!

Mary J. Blige takes to the stage to perform in Italy at the Sanremo Song Festival. She sings 'Each Tear' and the performance is really nice. But I must point out that she welcomes the Italian audience by saying 'Bonjour!' (which is french). LMAO, how funny and embarassing. I'm suprised not many people noticed it! Haha, check out the video below and listen around the 44 seconds mark to hear it:

Before We Knew Ke$ha!

I came across this video on another blog which also reminded me of another video of Ke$ha before she became famous. The first video is of her at 13 years old singing in a school talent show. And the second is of her in the programme 'The Simple Life'. Looking at her then, you would not be able to guess how she would have turned out!

News On Fergie's 'Rock' Sophomore Album

So many of you all may be waiting for Fergie to produce a sophomore album, as her debut 'The Dutchess' done really well. If you were expecting her to follow the same sort of genre as before, then you will be wrong.
Reports say that Fergie is looking to produce a rock album, with the help of Slash.
I can't say that I am happy about the rock genre, but nevertheless, I will support Fergie if it is good. I have been waiting for ages for Fergie to produce some new material, so hopefully they start work on this soon.

Are you looking forward to this album?

New Music: Ne-Yo 'Halo' & 'Drinks Up'

What can I say? Monica is superb. Her vocals are definitely on point and I am glad she is doing a bit of promotion to let everyone know her album is out soon. I am really anticipating this album more than anything this year.

So guys remember 'Still Standing' in stores March 22nd/23rd!!

Another slow jam from Beyoncé. I don't mind some slow jams but you can definitely see why this was left off her album.

HAHA! Jade Ewen Claims Psychic Knew She Would Be A Sugababe!!

Hahahaha! I have just come across an article which says that Jade Ewen claimed that a psychic foresaw her joining the Sugababes a week before she joined the group. This is what Jade said on the matter;
'I don't usually believe all that but the woman read that I was a performer in the spotlight. She said, "You're going to work hard and get bigger and bigger, then you'll lose something career-wise. You'll be devastated but in the end it will work out".
Then, even weirder, she said I was going to make loads of money and meet two girls and we'd be like a family. I keep a diary and it was only when I was in the hotel in LA that I looked back and went, "My God - this is what that woman was talking about".'
WTF? Seriously now. Come on, what a load of bullshit. I don't know why I find this funny, but I wonder if Keisha knew she was gonna get stitched up LOL. Maybe she should of went to see the psychic as well!

Anyways, no disrespect because I love the new album. Watch out for their new single which is out to buy NOW! And Sweet 7 will be released March 8th!

Katy Brand Does Beyonce's 'Single Ladies'!!

For BBC's Let's Dance For Sport Relief, comedian Katy Brand does her rendition of Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' dance. Check out the video below:

LMAO!! This is too good! Katy Brand is funny on this. I don't like her all the time, but sometimes she comes out with something good - and this is it. Also, it is for something good, so it's even better.
Many other celebrity personalities did renditions of famous dances. I came across another dance from the same programme.
Here is comedian Rufus Hound doing Cheryl Cole's 'Fight For This Love':

This is really funny aswell. I'd love to see both Beyonce's and Cheryl's faces when they see these. But its all in good spirits so never mind.

Comment below and let me know what you thought of these!

Survivors Series 2 Episode 5 Review

*Beware: Contains Spoilers!*
So the penultimate episode of the second series was a good un, and now it is literally a few days away before the finale.
Episode 5 which aired on BBC last Tuesday saw the survivors back together as a family again. Whilst on the road, on the look out for a new home, they come across a group of people whom take them in and offer their hospitality.
Sarah and Al's relationship gets really romantic in this episode, but is soon put to the test, when Sarah discovers a new strain of the virus in a cottage which has killed off a few chickens and people already. As she has had contact, she is sure to die so contains the virus by locking herself in.
The story mainly follows this, but other little things happen along the way. Eventually, Sarah dies from the virus and everyone is distraught.
As one of the members of the survivors family has died, they set off to the government place. When they discover that everyone is dead and that the place is empty, Abby catches a glimpse of her son, Peter. The episode ends on this note, building up for an explosive finale.
Overall, I can't wait for the last episode, and hope that it does justice. I really hope the programme carries on for a third series as I previously said.
Anyways, here is a sneak peek from the next episode and I seriously can't wait!

What did you think of this episode? Are you looking forward to the finale and want them to make a third series?

Sugababes Live Performances!!

I posted a performance of the Sugababes singing 'About A Girl' for Total Access. They also performed a new track from their upcoming album Sweet 7 called 'Crash & Burn'. The other two videos are then of the Sugababes performing live at the Mosquito Club. I will give my opinions on each performance after the video. So check them out below:

'Crash & Burn' (Acoustic Performance For Total Access)

Vocally this was really good. It makes me like the song more. I like these new Sugababes and it definitely shows that they will stay around for a little bit longer.

'About A Girl' (Live @ Mosquito Club)

They didn't do too bad on this. I like the song, but it felt like it lacked something.

'Freak Like Me' (Live @ Mosquito Club)

Considering this is one of their older tracks and that two of the singers who first sung this have been replaced, I thought they did well. It will never be better than the original, but they still done it justice in my opinion. I will always miss the old Sugababes, but I don't think the new ones are bad like I first anticipated.

What do you think?

Jennifer Lopez Live Performances!!

Here are a couple of performances from Jennifer Lopez when she performed in Italy recently. I know the first video is not live, but still she does really well and I love the song. The second video, I would argue is live but that is to be discussed. She performs a medley of her hits on the second, and I think she does great. So take a look at both of the videos and let me know what you think!

Here is the new teaser trailer for the new series of Doctor Who featuring Matt Smith as The Doctor and Karen Gillan as Amy Pond. The trailer is superb and sets the series up nicely. Its great that it doesn't show much from the series but teases you enough to want more. I am a massive DW fan so I can't wait for this. The first episode airs EASTER!!!! That's not too long now, and I am glad that we know when it will air. Take a look below and let me know what you think:

New 'Glee' TV Promo!

OMG! Here is a promo for the upcoming episodes of Glee! If you come from the UK and haven't seen the first 13 episodes then don't watch this! However, if you are like me and have watched them all (through streaming over the Internet) then watch this:

New 'Melrose Place' Promo!

Here is a promo for the next episode of Melrose Place airing on March 9th. I can't wait for this, and it looks like it is going to be good. I know the ratings haven't exactly been great, but I hope that The CW don't pull the plug on this one because I believe it has potential. Enough shows that I love (Ugly Betty, Eastwick) have been cancelled lately so I hope this doesn't join the never-ending list!
Anyways check the vid below:

New '90210' TV Promo!

Here is a promo for the upcoming episode of 90210! I love this programme and can't wait for it to come back soon. I need my weekly fix! I am glad that it has been renewed for a third season, so I look forward to what is to come. The video looks great and looks like their is going to be some great stuff coming up. Check out the video below:

Mariah Carey "100%" Video Premiere!

Mariah Carey recently released her song '100%' to iTunes and it is currently being used by the Winter Olympics. The video has now premiered and can be viewed below. The video is good and fits the song. The song is one of her best lately and I can't quite understand how it never made 'Memoirs'. But, apparently it will be included in 'Angels Advocate' so I guess that makes up for that!

Let me know what you think!

Rihanna 'Rude Boy' Live On Ellen

Here is Rihanna's performance of 'Rude Boy' on the Ellen Degeneres show. The performance was great and it was good to see Rihanna singing live. The video is the same, but one is in English and the other Spanish.

Brits Performance Of 30 Years
Spice Girls - Wannabe/Who Do You Think You Are (1997)

Brits Album Of 30 Years
Oasis - What's The Story Morning Glory

So there is the list of winners!
This years Brit Awards were quite good for my standards. Normally I do not watch the whole show, but it was really good. I was so glad that Lady Gaga scooped the most awards of the night (three!!). JLS, who I am not too bothered about got two awards, and Lily Allen finally picked up a Brit Award!
The performances were not too bad overall. Lady Gaga's was stunning and was one of her best vocally! I really wanted Beyonce to come out for Telephone, but even so, Gaga held her own!
Cheryl Cole's performance turned out disastrous as she decided to lip-sync (very badly I might add), which made it so laughable. The way she came out was great, and I expected a great performance, but it was just ruined and was pathetic for someone performing on the Brit Awards.
Onto the outfits - Wtf was Gaga wearing?! I laughed at her outfit, but what do you expect from Gaga - I still love her! And can I just add, how funny was Lily Allen's orange wig! Lmao!

Anyways, The Brits has come and gone for another year - so let's hope some great music gets produced so that The Brit Awards 2011 can go with a bang!

Beyoncé: I Am...Sasha Fierce Era

As part of Beyoncé being the Artist Of The Month, here is the final post which looks at the different eras of Beyoncé. This focuses on 'I Am...Sasha Fierce' and the 'I Am Tour'.
This era is still kinda of occurring so things may still change from now on.
Beyoncé kicked off this album with a double single 'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)/If I Were A Boy'. She scored #1's with both of these songs and the success continued when the album was released.
The album has produced many singles to date, which I will not post. She has also teamed up with Lady Gaga twice (once for the remix of 'Video Phone' and secondly for the song 'Telephone') and also Alicia Keys for her song 'Put It In A Love Song'.
This era got even better, when Beyoncé won a record breaking 6 grammy awards all in one night. This makes her the only solo female artist to have ever scooped 6 grammys in one night.
She is still on tour, but it is soon to be finished. This tour is expected to have grossed at least $1,000,000,000.
I really love this era, and Beyoncé just seems to be achieving more and more each minute. Of course, this comes with a price as there are so many haters out there who like to see her fail. I am glad she is still going and can prove these people wrong.
On to my chosen videos of this era. I have chosen these videos because they are her better videos in my opinion and I love both songs.

'Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)'

'Sweet Dreams'

And that closes the different eras of Beyoncé!
