I have posted the performances from the night, and now here is the full list of the winners. I will not include the whole list of nominees for each category as the winners are the only ones that really matter. Beyoncé and Lady Gaga did really well as they took the top honour at the wards show winning the Video Of The Year for the 'Video Phone' collaboration.

Drake Sued by Playboy

According to Hef's company, Drizzy Drake's song "The Best I Ever Had" illegally samples one of their copyrighted songs -- "Fallin in Love" by Hamilton, Joe Frank and Dennison/Reynolds. MissTilaOMG.com reports, "Playboy claims that Drake and his crew 'knew or should have reasonably known, that the sound recording was protected by copyright…' and that 'each Defendant continues to infringe upon Plaintiff’s rights in and to the copyrighted sound recording.'

We'll see how this plays out, but if you want to take a listen for yourself and let us know your thoughts, MissTila has both songs up on her blog: MissTilaOMG.com
